Prior to our trip, our fitness professionals will schedule a consultation which each participant. Participants will discuss their fitness objectives and provide us with information on the types of work-outs and activities they want to have included in the retreat. Our fitness professionals will then design a program that is specifically tailored to participants’ requests and objectives. While the possibilities are limitless, examples of work-outs and activities that may be included are:

Delicious, unprocessed, healthy and energy In addition to the meals that are prepared for the group, the Villa’s chef will be at guests’ disposal to prepare individual meals and snacks. In our effort to feature local cuisine, a significant portion of the meals prepared during our time in Jamaica will incorporate Ital recipes.
